Any wood type has its own nuances annd grain, which can change even within the same floor. Exposure to light and air may gradually change the colour - a natural phenomenon that exalts wood's natural character.

Stability and environmental conditions

To keep the wood firm and steady as time passes it is important to check humidity and temperature in the environment. Too dry or too humid conditions may cause small fissures on the wood or even the planks to move. It is recommendable to keep temperature between 15°C and 25°C and a humidity level between 45% and 65%.

Maintenance and protection

A correct cleaning helps in preserving the parquet's beauty. Using a specific cleanign product for parquet and protecting the surface with adequate finishes grant resistance and long life to the floor.

Ordinary maintenance
Suitable for any kind of wooden floors
Description:
Casa Pulita is a sanitizing multiuse cleaner for wooden floors. Thanks to its formula, it is suitable also for PVC, linoleum, melamine, marble, resin and other materials. It removes dirt, black heels marks and other stains without leaaving halos, leaving a pleasant scent. Casa Pulita is a neutral cleaner with the addition of nanoparticles that have a long-lasting sanitizing action on the surfaces, even in presence of pets.
How to use:
Dilute 3 caps for 1 L of water. For heavy dirt use up to 6 caps in 1 L or use the product pure on small portions of the surface. Use Casa Pulita any time you need to clean the floor.
Ordinary maintenance
Cleaning of lacquered wooden floors
Description:
Casa Ravviva is a reviving water-based wax for the maintenance of wooden floors. Its composition is also effective on rubber, vinyl, linoleum, marble, resin and other materials. It is not suitable for unpainted wood and absorbent building materials. The product gives the floor good antistatic properties. It nourishes and regenerates the wood while pleasantly scenting the room.
How to use:
Pour 3 measuring caps per litre of water. Apply with a soft cloth evenly and wait for the product to dry (20-30 min). Polish with a soft cloth or special equipment.
Extraordinary maintenance
Cleaning of any kind of wooden floor
Description:
Casa Nuova is a water-repellent dispersion of waxes for the intensive maintenance of lacquered (solvent or water-based), oiled and waxed floors, in case of high foot traffic. It is perfect for the intensive maintenance of ruined or scratched floors and it can be used also on indoor cotto tiles and stone tiles. Casa Nuova gives to the surface a pleasant natural and water- repellent effect. Its special formula renews, maintains, protects and restores particularly ruined floors.
How to use:
Always shake before use. Apply Casa Nuova by spraying on the part to be treated, spread it evenly with a cloth to avoid accumulation of product. After almost 30 minutes, once it is completely dry and the surface is completely matt, polish the floor with a cloth or disc buffing machine. The surfaces treated with Casa Nuova should be maintained or restored using the same product. For ordinary cleaning use the specific cleaner: Casa Pulita or Casa Nutre. It is not recommended to use too aggressive or abrasive mops or cloths.

Note:
The use of Casa Nuova of poorly absorbent surfaces can increase slipperiness, especially in presence of water of high humidity levels. It is recommended to make preliminary tests and use all precautions necessary to avoid unpleasant accidents. Prolonged exposure to temperature below +10°C causes the product to thicken. Acclimatize product at temperatures above +15°C before use.
Nourishing cleaner for oiled wooden floors
Description:
Casa Nutre is used for normal cleaning of oiled wooden floors. Besides cleaning, it nourishes the wooden floors thanks to its particular formula, which contains part of treatment oil. With constant use of Casa Nutre the floor maintains an even look and exalts the natural beauty of the wood.
How to use:
Shake well; pour 3 caps into 1 L. of water and clean the floor with a well-wrung mop. Wait for complete drying. Rub the surface with a soft cotton cloth or proper equipment
